Focus on operational excellence and employee experience to make our current workforce happier and more productive, and will enable insights and experimentation to help accelerate progress towards Recursion’s technical and scientific goals. Manage all people operations globally, driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience and ensure operational excellence across offices throughout the US, Canada and the UK.

Develop and implement an automation strategy across core HR processes. Optimize internal HR workflows using RPA, AI/ML, and no-code/low-code tools. Select, implement, and customize HR systems. Research and integrate AI-based solutions for Analytics, budgeting, workload planning, and forecasting. Build a scalable and user-friendly HR tech architecture. Test and launch MVPs based on HR team needs and iterate quickly.
